Policy

To schedule an appointment or ask a question, please call the number listed above. We will answer within 2 business days Monday through Friday. We do not answer phone calls or check emails outside of business hours. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 1 full business day in advance for follow up appointments or 2 full business days for first intakes to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. The exception to this charge is if you are ill and need to stay home to keep everyone safe.

If you have any questions or needs, do not hesitate to call us. If your pet is having an emergency, or you don't know if it is an emergency, call your local veterinarian or the local emergency clinic right away.
